Lilith shuddered, as gently as possible. To her that wasn't just a promise. That felt like a threat which could only end one way if she wasn't careful. The main problem here was she wasn't proven, so expendable was the key word. It almost made fleeing to the forest a viable option. Though it all came down to the fact she'd rather die here, than bow down before some hoity toity princess who, up until Robotnik proved his cunning, had everything handed to her. "Okay. Don't blame me if just standing there watching gets boring." She spoke, trying to regain her composure. Just relaxing even a little bit would help her think of some way out. Leading the way up to the offices overlooking the building, she found a terminal, and attempted to boot it up. It only got so far before the whole building's power went out and dark. "Son of a fuck...blew a breaker. You didn't happen to see where the breaker panel was in here did you?" She asked Mynt, not really expecting an answer. All things considered this would be a perfect opportunity to escape. She just had to break eye contact at least for a bit to slip away. In the mean time her eyes and ears glowed softly in the dim light, as did her mouth when she spoke. It would be a little tricky to slip away since she glowed in the dark, but where there was a will, there was a way.

No response from the echidna, her hand shook in frustration as a result. She had heard how xenophobic some of them could be but being outright ignored, not even an insult in her general direction. She would have said something had the gaze from her not kept her mouth shut. Pulling up her hood up she pocketed the map, and headed to the nearest warehouse. Anything to distract her from the unpleasant company. Working with the lock on the outside panel, electrical thankfully, popping it off and fiddling with the wires until a satisfying clunk of the door unlocking. Heading inside she didn't even bother with asking Mynt to do anything. Instead pulling out a datapad. While it looked like she was already starting to catalog the inventory, she was also going through Robotnik's legion files, trying to figure out who this echidna was exactly. She nearly wet herself when she found the data log entry. "Fuck this shit...no way in hell I'm doing this any longer than I have too now..." She muttered to herself putting the device back in her pocket with the map. Turning to Mynt she nodded slowly, a little calmer since she decided to try and ditch this echidna as soon as she could. "Look there at least a few fuckin hundred boxes and crates in here. I'm goin upstairs to the offices and look for an inventory list or file on a computer. You can...well you can do whatever you want. I'll only be a minute."

The City of Robotropolis was massive, with many parts of the city run down and abandoned. There were many places that hadn't been touched since the coup de tat. On the far side of the city was one such place. A certain dark blue vixen was very interested in this sector and as such requested security entourage. What she expected was a small detail of Swatbots. What she got was a certain red echidna which scared the crap out of her. Lilith was doing her very best not to seem nervous. She generally avoided the legion echidna's, for very good reasons. Once they reached the abandoned sector she pulled up a holo map of the area. This was a warehouse district, with any number of supplies for anything in storage. "Alright...So there's no record of what was stored...and the good doctor wants everything catalogged..." Her voice struggling to sound in control. Her usual cocky attitude suppressed. As far as she was aware this was a trained legionairre. Singular, which meant that she alone could most definitely handle trouble if any at all. She was supposed to be in charge but didn't feel like it at all.

I think MacMan explained it pretty well. I think the basis for powers should be limited to people say one char per faction with powers. At the same time while the chance would make it more even we have to remember that The Legion have both people with powers as well as superior numbers and firepower as well as technological advantages. Maybe the Legion has devices, some sort of emitter kept on their persons which can negate all powers within range.

Sex: Male Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual Species: Feline Age: 35 Height: 4'1 Weight: 125 Physical Description: Blitscreet is a lean muscular feline. His fur is yellow with the exception of his muzzle and chest. He had darker yellow hair with blue streaks and a goatee matching his hair color. He has a blue lightning bolt under his right eye and dark blue eyes. He has robotic arms, not roboticized. Attire: Blitscreet wears a black trenchcoat, jeans and black steel toe boots. Skills: Blitscreet is highly proficient at combat, having spent most of his life fighting. His upper body has been surgically modified to sustain greater weight due to his arms. His arms make him immune to roboticization due to them not being a natural part of him, nor having been caused by a roboticizer. Tools/Accessories: His robotic arms house a blade in the right arm and grappling hook in the left. Both arms contain a kinetically recharging power supply designed to deliver a powerful shock at will. Weaknesses: Blitscreet's power supply is able to discharge enough power to disable one Swatbot at full power. After that it takes quite a while to recharge. Character Personality: Blitscreet is a usually carefree guy spending most of his time relaxing, and doing his own thing. Can be easy going and pretty easy to get along with. However when he has to fight, he is ruthless, using whatever means necessary to win, so long as it means protecting those he care's about. Before Robotnik's takeover, early on in his life he was injured badly and lost both his arms. As a result his sister designed and modified him new ones to help him to keep fighting as per his wishes. The Power ring limitations are meant to be single use only and need a full 24 hours to recharge after use. Jolteia's power ring for examples allows her to heal others and herself. Not like major wounds or any kind of regenerating. Mostly bumps and scrapes for a multitide, but for serious stuff she can heal it in one go but that is emergency healing and takes a full charge. Full blown regeneration of say a lost limb is a little ridiculous.

Her normal attire consists of either a white tube top or yellow vest with navy blue seams, jeans and white shoes. her Doctors outfit consists of a white doctors coat, grey striped corset and black thigh hugging skirt. She occasionally wears bright red heels to go with this outfit as well as dons glasses as well. Skills: Jolteia is a doctor tried and true. She prides herself on her medical knowledge and is one of Knotholes most well known doctors. She has also been long in possession of a power ring she had melted down and converted into a ring and wristband she wears on her left arm. Access to them grants her the ability to heal others and herself through electro-stimulation. Generally she treats only minor wounds and she never fully drains their charge but in times of grave emergency she has been known to drain them completely. Side effect of wearing them for so long has unintentionally resulted in her physical age having slowed down as a result. Tools/Accessories: Elaborate wristband on her left arm made from a power ring. Weaknesses: Jolteia has no combat abilities or prowess at all. She is strictly a doctor and that is all. Character Personality: Jolteia is a highly intelligent woman, very prideful of her job and very stubborn when it comes to being a doctor. Jolteia is always a cautious thinker, rarely choosing to act before thinking things through. Very caring and cherishing all life she will do almost anything to save a life. She is also ridiculously protective of her daughter Kate. As most people learn, if Jolteia tells you to do something regarding your health, you do it, she can be rather persuasive. Physical Stats: Speed - 7 Jolteia is quite fast as a feline, most often uses this speed with her agility in times of emergency. Agility - 8 Jolteia is very quick to react reflexively and does a lot of exercising to keep her body in shape. Strength - 2 Jolteia's not very strong physically. Book Smart - 10 She's a doctor. Has a doctorate. Does Doctor things. Street Smart - 8 She is pretty adept with street smarts, as well as situational awareness. Perception - 10 Jolteia is trained to pick up on how injuries were sustained, and how much damage has been done without seeing it take place. Charisma - 8 Jolteia is fluent in persuasion, as given by her profession both through kindness and stern words Endurance - 3 The power ring jewellery gives her a bit of a regenerative buffer but she still doesn't take damage too well. Survival - 3 Jolteia's more knowledgeable on medicine than surviving in the woods, but is a little below average when it comes to survival situations. Stealth - 1 Jolteia doesn't do stealth. Her flesh is blue as well as glowy. She has short black hair with light blue highlights, and two black markings right under her eyes. Attire: Lilith wears a hooded sweater dress with fishnet tights and sneakers. She also has an arm band she keeps hidden under her sleeve, decorated with an eight pointed star. Skills: Lilith is a very skilled at deception, usually opting to try and manipulate her opponents rather than fight them head on. The power ring arm band she wears grants her the ability to hit people with hexes/curses. There are four types of hexes/curses. Paralysis, Attraction, Confusion, and Bad Juju. Tools/Accessories: The arm band is made from a melted down power ring. Also carries a small stun gun with wrist mounted holster, designed to flick forward on her wrist when she needs to use it. Weaknesses: Lilith's hexes/curses have a maximum of three charges per use, and require physical touch to apply them, which usually involve getting very close to someone to use them. The more hexes she applies the faster they wear off but the more potent they become. 15/10/5 minute application. The Bad Juju curse uses a full charge, the length and effects of the curse are unpredictable. Character Personality: Lilith is very cocky and stubborn. Usually leading her to spend more time by herself than with others. She also has a very big problem with authority, and while she will follow Robotnik, it is out of respect more than anything for what he has accomplished all on his own. Rarely will Lilith confront a problem head on choosing to try and come at it from the sides, with deception and misdirection. She doesn't like leaving the city that often. She has a general cocky teenager attitude. Physical Stats: Speed - 7 Lilith is fairly light on her feet. Agility - 7 Lilith is quit agile able to move quite swiftly in and around object with ease. Strength - 1 She doesn't lift. Like at all. Book Smart - 9 She much prefer's outsmarting to outfighting an opponent. Street Smart - 9 She is very good in a crowd if she has to be, able to work things her way. Perception - 8 She is quite aware of her surroundings, and likes to use it to her advantage. Charisma - 8 Lilith is very persuasive when she has to be. Usually the only time she curbs the profanity is when she is sweet talking. Endurance - 1 She's pretty squishy in a fight, and will do anything to avoid a physical confrontation. Survival - 1 She doesn't leave the city for a good reason. Stealth - 9 Lilith is fairly adept at sneaking around and being fairly unnoticed. Lilith's Hex Chart and Guideline: Lilith has a total of 3 charges for her hexes. These hexes only affect people, not the environment, or machines. Paralysis, Confusion, Attraction have 3 levels of power, each level using corresponding charges. Bad Juju is always level 3. Paralysis: Level 1: Body becomes harder to move, sluggish, like trying to move through sludge. Lasts 15 minutes. Level 2: Body becomes almost immobile, with the exception of eyes mouth and smaller body movements. Lasts 10 minutes. Level 3: Body becomes Catatonic, unable to move anything, or register any sights or sound. Lasts 5 minutes. Confusion: Level 1: Most Akin to being hungover. Delirious, pounding headache. Lasts 15 minutes. Level 2: Vertigo. Everything spinning, lightheaded, unsteady. Lasts 10 minutes. Level 3: Basically the level of black out drunk, most people don't remember afterwards. Lasts 5 minutes. Attraction: Level 1: Lilith should become the most common positive thought in the victims mind, often portrayed as a friend or someone in good standing. Lasts 15 minutes. Level 2: Lilith appears to be more physically attractive as well as symptoms of level 1. Feelings of love are not uncommon. Lasts 10 minutes. Level 3: She does not like to use this one unless absolutely necessary. Most typically involves victim fantasizing deeply about Lilith to the point they become too infatuated to do anything but what they desire of her most. Lasts 5 minutes. Attractions effects vary greatly, depending on the mindset of the person affection. Highly unpredictable, usually last resort hex. Bad Juju/Bad Luck: Level 3: The victim is cursed for an indiscriminate amount of time, basically applying them with Murphy's Law. What Can go wrong, will go wrong. I think what she's trying to say is powers beyond normal means. Sonic is probably the only real base exception to this rule. As for Tails and Knuckles, their ability to fly are more like natural abilities than powers. Tails spins his tails to fly and Knuckles catches air beneath his dreadlocks to glide. Not really totally logical but still applies. Say if you have a chameleon character, like Espio. Chameleons have a natural ability to camouflage and blend in with their surroundings. That's a natural ability, not a power.

Just glad ya didnt decide to nix my world as well XD But yeah looking forward to this, especially when you do bring in more people that maybe my world will get more attention as well.
