Physical Description:  teller than most Mobians, Lean with muscular features , silver main fur color with orange streaks. His muzzle and chest fur is black. all of his streams are round rectangle shapes. He has spiked out streaks around his eyes except for in between the eyes where they travel down his eye line to the start of his muzzle and abruptly end. He has silverish blue eyes and whitish sclera. his nose is orange same as his streaks.  The streaks on his sides end on each side of his spine and do not connect. he has a total of what looks like 11 quills although they are made up of hair and are not actually quills. He has 3 bangs the shortest being on the outside near his ear, the longest is in the middle and the medium length is closest to his nose. it covers the right side of his face. He also has streaks on his ankles top part of his hands as well as on his thigh area. 

Attire: He standardly wears  what appears to be a robe made up of multiple sheets but none of them go abocer his hips.  His shorts are also made of the same sheets. they are cloth and almost always a black color. If there is a special occasion that he decided he wanted to be apart of for whatever purpose he may have had he will dress  into a pair of black slacks and a black vest with a white under shirt. He never wears shoes.

Skills: :  He is very deadly in hand to hand combat  as well as his "claw attacks" as well as some one handed and two handed weaponry. He detests guns and range objects.

Tools/Accessories: He carries a decently short Scimitar on his back and a pistol he stole from Robotniks base upon his escape (reluctant to use it)

Weaknesses: Large groups are in general a problem for him alone, he can fight 2 swatbots (3 regular individuals) alone but not without hardship,  however anymore prove to be a big problem as his skills are not always well thought out. Speaking out about what happened to him in Robotniks lab resulting in his current condition tends to through him off and make him go into a frenzy depending on the way it was talked about and the situation.(Very situational and depends who is around him) 

Character Personality: Generally cold and uncaring almost like a savage animal if he has captured some one. Vex is a guy who is generally closed off to all being that he is out for himself. He has a deep seeded hatred for Robotnik(Eggman) for the mechanical implants inside his body, hence his escape from the dark legion (his bones were replaced with a mechanical reforming liquid metal making it so he can heal if his metal bones are broken and while a broken arm does heal faster than normal bone it still takes a long time)  . He resents and hates Sonic and the like due to their carefree nature as if nothing could ever be that bad. He is a vicious and almost animalistic fight whom is always out for the better of himself working both the frontlines and behind the scenes if it benefits him. He has said that he is willing to work for anyone if they catch his interest and dealing with no one.(Even Eggman or Sonic if he has to, but they have to have proven it was beneficial to him.) Albeit once he has aligned and everything stays within his interest he is a loyal ally but nothing will satiate the amount of destruction he can and will bring if he gets started. he is currently and against his better wishes is helping Robotnik his reasoning currently to possibly eliminate Sonic as he wasn't very fond of him to begin with.

He has a desire to watch the world burn, his want to rule over the land wouldn't be satiated until it was all burnt down and rebuilt from the ashes.

 

Physical Stats:

Speed - 5      He is of average speed and cannot make himself any faster due to his mtallic skeleton
Agility - 6     He is flexible enough to deal with much that comes his way proving how he has stayed in sky sanctuary zone
Strength - 7       He has kept his strength up to deal with engagements and with his ruin based home.
Book Smart - 3     He hasn't learned much of electronics and technologies past simple computer basic knowledge books and weapons. He cannot fly a plane or anything like that. Basically this button is ok to push this one I don't know this one you never push.
Street Smart - 6    As stated weaponry is in his knowledge range as well as knowledge of areas around him. He knows basic information and then a little more about the real world
Perception - 6  There is always room to sneak by him but he is more attuned to what happens around him than someone of a normal caliber.
Charisma - 2    He keeps to himself and even if he allied himself with someone unless he fully trusts them he doesn't speak or really interact much past business. His emotional temperment can get involved in conversations.
Endurance - 7 He has dealt with enough pain and torment to be able to handle a lot of damage, torture, and pain. His emotional state can be held in check depending alot on what is going on.
Survival - 5  He has average survival skills as he just lives off on his own and attempts to jsut keep himself alive. Helping others are a bit on the lower end side for him.
Stealth - 3   he isn't the most silent of moths but he isn't a loud bee either he can sneak but not as well as many others as he is mainly in the 1v1to small 3 man team areas.

Pretty cool character, I have a few small issues with some things I'll ask about here. First is his home, considering we haven't really established much beyond The Great Forest and Robotropolis, there's no doubt that the Floating Island is in this world, however a character living there isn't viable for RP. Generally it would be best if they lived in the Great Forest or somewhere closer to the main story locations. The other concern is his neutral status, in this RP world for the time being there is only the FF or Robotnik's Legion, so he needs to be one or the other. If he's on the side of good generally, helping out the FF and such but mostly on the side, that's fine too. Since you made him in the Legion's character creation, it seems like he's working on Robotnik's side, which conflicts with the fact that he hates Robotnik so much. The last concern is his ability to fight two swatbots at once. No character should be able to take out Swatbots easily, without effort. If he can take on two at once, make sure it's quite a struggle. Possible, but not at all easy.

Everything else looks good, let me know what you think about the concerns and such.

Ah I can see the location right now was a place holder so I thank you for letting me know of the issues I will change the swatbot thing so it is known that it isn't a easy fight but doable. he isn't exactly neutral I thought I put the fact that he is working with him only for his own gains but if it isn't there I will recheck it and make sure it is there.  I am glad you jsut got back to me on it rather than just letting it sit there and even listing the small issues.
