"Maybe." K31 answered "True they could mean anything.". He watched her for a moment as she brushed her hair back. "Yeah I know I just hope it won't be too late." He said walking along side her. "that should be fun and yeah hope so." He replied with a smile and waved to her and then said "Okay rest well and see you tomorrow." before turning to walk away.

K31 looked towards the woods too waiting for her to speak. "Which is why I don't think it is a tinny though as you said he may have figured out a solution to that problem." He replied as he followed her. "I agree. There's too many places for it/them to hide for just one person to search. Sadly yes Sally and Nomad wouldn't want to do that would they? But I fear if we wait too long the threat could become too late to stop. True though I've found signs that it has been testing the defenses to a degree due to a unoccupied watch tower only half a mile from Knothole had signs and damages of it having been there." He said as they walked.

K31 was surprised by the hug but then hugged her back. "Okay lets go." He said as she gathered her tools then started walking back to the square. "What is it Sophia?" He responded and waited to hear what it was she wanted to ask him. He paused when she mentioned the rumors of people feeling like their being watched in the woods. "Yes I've heard the rumors and even tried looking into it." He said taking a heavy sigh before continuing "Sadly I can't figure out what's out there. What ever it is its clearly part machine part organic. So if I had to guess it may be a last parting gift from Robotnik to cause trouble for us. It may even be multiple things.".

He stood near her stretching after they had finished. He looked up as she did and nodded. "Okay looking forward to it." He said smiling at her. He examined her before speaking "Yea you do look tired.". He had a feeling her being tired was from her illness but wasn't sure.

"Okay on it." K31 replied before going over and watering the two rows she'd mentioned. He finished right at the same time she mentioned the pumpkin patch. He walked with her over to the patch and examined it before nodding "Yea they do look like their growing well and okay." He answered. He took note that she seemed to be hiding something and so kept a closer eye on her as he helped with the weeding.

"I bet." He said when she mentioned feeling rusty. He listened confused when she started to talk about potato's like a teacher to a student and chuckled when she realized it. "Its fine Sophia." He told her when she apologized to him for it. "Sure thing." He answered as he walked to the row she had mentioned and began watering it. He soon stopped when he believed he'd watered it enough.

"It'll be good to have you back out there to help out." He said after she finished speaking. He watched her clean the carrot and offer him a piece. "Sure I'll try a taste." K31 said taking the piece she offered to him. "Okay can't wait see what we have." He answered with a smile then he took a bite of the carrot piece she gave him "It tastes pretty juicy.".

K31 sat the bucket "That's good." He said when he heard her mention some of the vegetables were almost ready. He listened to what she said carefully and noted a number of facts she pointed out. He looked as she walked over and examined the carrot while thinking on what she said. "While I like the quiet of this peace what worries me is that we were at war with both Robotnik and the Legion. All we eliminated was Robotnik and yet our leadership want to ignore the Legion when its common knowledge that their still a threat." He said with a heavy sigh.

"Yeah. It sad that so many think that with Robotnik gone its okay to relax." K31 said with a sigh. Looking ahead he saw the garden and followed her up to it. He looked at the garden as she spoke and asked "I take it that its not good to water them at that time of day?". "Alright then I'll get to it then." He answered as he picked up the bucket and watering pail then walked to the well. He soon finished filling the pail and got to work filling the bucket "Does it take a lot of water to take care of them all?" he asked as he finished with the bucket.

K31 nodded as they started walking taking into account what she said. "Quite the haul if they came in ripe." He said taking particular interest with the part about pumpkins since he had developed a taste for the pies that could be made from them. "Well here's hoping that the garden has fared well without your touch." He replied watching her sigh and chuckled.

"I see that would explain the noise I heard once before." He said when she mentioned the potions "Glad nothing bad happened as a result.". He looked around when she asked about him "Nothing much just searching the woods for threats and hunting down any I find." He answered.

K31 nodded and answered "Sure I guess I can help you out with your garden and stuff.". He smiled as he watched her tail wag and chuckled to himself. "Should be interesting to see what there is to choose from." He said as he thought of what vegetables she may have planted. He waited calmly for her to lead the way to the garden thinking about what it would look like. "So other then you getting sick anything interesting happen to you?" He asked looking around before looking back to her.

K31 nodded "Glad you're feeling somewhat better." he replied. He was curious what it was she had that rendered her potions and even magic useless against it but at least she was able to walk around. "Nothing just looking for something to do since there isn't much to do around here it seems." He answered her question. He always found it interesting to talk to Sophia since she seemed to be rather knowledgeable on what he was to a degree.

K31 was walking and gave a sigh out of boredom. With little to do around Knothole he had spent most of his time in the forest but with the war seemingly over he had little reason to be in the forest. K31 looked up and saw Sophia walking nearby and was surprised since he thought she was ill. Walking over to her he raised his hand and waved as he spoke up "Hey there surprised to see you out and about.". He looked around curious as to where she could be going.

K31 was looking around the area when he heard Drake talk. He nodded to the duck calmly "Very well if you believe that to be best." he replied. While he didn't like his first mission to just end like this he could also tell something was up. "I do need some time to think about some stuff anyways so lets head back." He said looking away.

"Ah I see." K31 replied "I asked cause a few sources mentioned during it Robotnik's air force is grounded most of the time because of the storms.". He looked at where the path ended "That is strange.". He nodded at Drake "Okay if you think that is best." looking forward he began to walk. He had to admit something seemed off about it all at this moment.

K31 nodded "Alright that may be a good idea.". He slowly started to follow the path trying to be careful with where he stepped. "The storm season is soon isn't it?" K31 asked curiously as he'd heard talk of it. He paused a moment and looked around seeing what was in that area.

K31 nodded "Alright if you say so Drake." as he finally looked away. "That's disheartening to hear." He said as he heard Drake mentioning towns and communities gone because of Robotnik. Continuing to walk K31 watched for even the slightest hint of the enemies activities. He took a minute to check a spot that appeared to have seen recent activity "Something happened here it seems.".

"Okay I understand that makes sense." K31 answered continuing to watch the surrounding area for anything amiss. "Its too quiet honestly." He said feeling like something didn't set right. He paused and examined an area out in no man's land trying to see if there was anything there.

K31 raised an eyebrow at the comment about Drake having to kill him. After a moment he chuckled "Ah I see good to know." smiling a bit as he looked around. He glanced at everything but saw nothing that stood out. "Looks like this area is clear Drake." He said to the duck as he continued scanning the area.
