"Ah I see." K31 replied as he saw her shake her head. He watched and then asked "Why are you out here on your own?". He was trying to figure out how best to communicate with her as she couldn't talk back.

K31 sat up after she got off him and he watched her. It was clear with how she was acting she must not be from the city at all but one of the few still living outside the walls. He gave a smile and said "Hello there, can you speak?" to her and silently waited for an answer.

K31 heard the sound of a branch breaking above him and looked up just in time to see someone drop on him. He had no time to react as the person landed on him forcing him to the ground in a daze. He slowly came to and looked up to find himself staring a a beautiful blue scaled female.

K31 walked around but saw no signs of anything or anyone. He looked down and examined some of the rocks noting that they were the source of the noise but that something had to have caused them to fall. He began to examine the ground and noticed it looked like something or someone had been moving around mere moments ago. He walked under some tree looking around and spoke to himself "Someone or something was here just now but where did they go?".

K31 froze as he heard the sound and slowly lowered the bottle. He looked in the direction trying to see what had caused it as he sat the bottle down and stood up. "Is someone there?" He called out as he slowly walked a few feet towards the source of the sound.

Tools/Accessories: Specialized life support bubble with anti-grav like features designed to allow his head to detach from his body, modified dreadlocks that can function as usable tentacles for fighting or as legs for when he is using the life support bubble, a secondary body based upon a badnik design for use in battle if the need ever arose, and right arm is modified to all the removal and replacement of pieces from the elbow down.

Weaknesses: Slow due to his heavy augmentations, vulnerable when in his life support bubble system, tactical knowledge based on having fought a war against a equal military enemy so is not knowledgeable in the FF hit and run style of battle

Character Personality: Dimitri once held a powerful military command but was forced to give it up for unknown reason. He seems to come off as emotionlessly calm. He has gained enough favor to be made an advisor to Robotnik himself giving Dimitri large sway in certain dealings within Robotroplis.

After a moment he sat down on some of the rubble and took out a bottle. He sat it down near him and smiled while stretching some. He then looked inside the small pack he'd brought with him to see if he had anything to eat too but sighed when he saw he'd forgotten to. Shrugging he picked up the bottle looking it over then looked around. He couldn't help but note that like most ruins this place could make one feel like they were being watched even though they knew that no one else was around. Turning his gaze back to the bottle he opened it before taking a drink of the contents.

K31 stood alone in the ruins examining some of the rubble. He'd grown bored at his bar and had decided that exploring the ruins would be a way to kill time til he figured something out to do. "Not a lot here anymore." He mumbled to himself as he started walking around looking to see if he could find anything interesting. He paused and looked up at the temple area thinking about the way it looked.

K31 nodded and waved goodbye to her after taking back the card. "Thanks I'll try and pay you a visit if I get the chance." He said to her as she walked away. He looked around trying to see if he could find a group of people. He noticed a crowd of people near a booth and wondered what was going on there.

K31 nodded with a slight chuckle. "Yeah I hope we can be friends too." He replied back to her. He partly understood what she meant by what was happening outside the city walls. He was surprised with how charming she was acting towards him but was completely put off by it either.

"I don't recall where I'm from. I've adapted well enough to life here." K31 replied to her. He wasn't completely lying to her as he was not sure exactly where he was *created*. "Ah I see." He replied with a slight chuckle. He watched her taking note on each motion she made.

K31 smiled and nodded at her. "Thanks I'll keep those ideas in mind." He said to her. "Its okay I get like that when I'm alone in my club wondering on what to do with it." He added. He had to admit the idea for the fog did sound really good if done right.

"I understand its not a section for everyone. Besides I'm still fixing that part of the club so it isn't really up for use for now." K31 said to her. "Not a bad idea." He replied at the mention of serving food. He smiled at her then looked around seeing what all was happening around them.

K31 thought for a moment on her questions. "Its hard to say exact I think the original owner designed it to function as both a bar and a dance club. Though I did find a second part seemed designed with strip poles." He finally answered her. He watched her seeing that she was examining him in a way.

K31 chuckled as he saw her looking him over again. "Yeah something along those lines. I'm trying to drum up some business for my club." He said flipping the plastic tickets in his hands. He smiled at her and answered "Sure if you really want to accompany me around.". He handed her one of the tickets he had and said "Here you can have this for free if you want it.".

"Ah I see." He replied as he watched her. "Nice to meet you Sophie. I'm K31." He answered taking her hand shaking it. He had to admit there were few reptiles running around so he understand part of what she was saying. He was surprised when she mentioned that she had been living in the outside of the city for a while as it was a rare thing for someone to admit that.

He was looking at one of the signs for a booth when he felt someone bump into him. He looked to see who it was and saw a female fox before him. "No harm done miss." He replied back to her calmly watching her.  He noticed she seemed hesitant in how her voice sounded but couldn't tell why she was. "Is something wrong?" He finally asked her as he looked her over.

Moving through the crowd was a red scaled reptile. K31 was trying to sell specialized tickets to the small club he owned. He hoped these tickets would get some business going by offering  free drinks for a night once every month. He sighed as he hadn't been having much luck as most of the people were busy eyeing and/or buying everything else around it seemed. He looked around and noticed he'd entered the R&D section on pure accident. Deciding it couldn't hurt to look around plus maybe he could find people willing to buy some of the tickets.

Ratchet got close to the downed Legionnaires and looked at what they had. He spot what he was looking for and grabbed it. He knew the strange looking device was a type of flash grenade with some EMP pulse effects added to it. Ratchet pulled the pin and tossed it up before covering his eyes. Once he heard the sound of it go off he moved quick using his memory to find the bear on the ground and activated his boots flying away from the area.

Dimitri noticed too later what was about to happen. He saw the Mobian throw something into the air and looked up at it trying to see what it was. Only when his optics focused in on it did he realize what it was. Before Dimitri could speak or react the grenade went off blinding him and the Legionnaires as well as knocking out the SWAT Bot.

Ratchet saw the bear on the ground and knew they needed to get out of this situation quick. He need to think of something quick to get them both out of this alive. Ratchet dodged another blow from the SWAT Bot and struck its head trying to delay another attack from it. He glanced to the Legionnaires he'd knocked out earlier wondering if they might have anything on them that could be of assistance.

Dimitri stared at the bear surprised a target deemed so valuable was so weak. He could hear the other interloper still fighting with the Bot but ignored it all. He primed another shot in his laser tuning it to cause a stunning effect rather then lethal. Taking aim Dimitri fired again at the bear.

Ratchet dodged a strike from the SWAT Bot and looked over seeing the two Legionnaires getting close to the bear. Ratchet threw his Omni-Wrench at the two Legionnaires watching it strike their heads knocking them both to the ground. He activated a magnet system built into his gloves designed to pull the Omni-Wrench back to him.  He caught it just as he dodged a laser shot from the SWAT Bot.

Dimitri was growing annoyed as the fighting dragged on. He fired at the bear aiming to keep him from getting up. Looking to the SWAT Bot Dimitri said "Take care of that one already.".

Ratchet was busy dodging fire from the SWAT Bot and now the Legionnaires. He decided to concentrate on the Bot first and took another swing when a opening showed itself. He could hear the bear shouting things but couldn't look to see what was happening. he kept up his attacks on the SWAT Bot slowly weakening it.

Dimitri watched as the bear spoke while showing no concern for his threats. Priming more of his built in lasers he waited for the bear to attack. While Dimitri had his arm aimed to attack the bear as he charged it was two of the Legionnaires that shot at the bear from behind instead.
