"It is good to hear that Bunnie." Antoine said listening to Bunnie story while nailing down the third strut "Ever since the war we all had no choice but to change our lives. It is good to see you getting used to your new home. Maybe I should visit your place one of zee days...with your permission of course. "

"No, I can't say I have." He answered "So this shall be my first time doing this." He added as he climbed up the ladder and started nailing the nails with the hammer. " I was focusing so much on being the solider I never really did something like building ze house before." Saying those words made Antoine remember about his time training to be a solider in the eyes of his father. He couldn't help but chuckle remembering him carrying his father sword pretending to be some great hero from a far away land.

"Got it!" Antoine said understanding what to do next as he heads over to Nomad and grabs the hammers and bag of nails " Miss Bunnie shall we?" He asked bowing to her signaling her to hold the ladder. " I will do my best to finish as fast as possible so you don't have to wait."   He said getting right near the ladder.

Listening to Nomad, Antoine headed over to  the roof supports and grabbed one of them and headed over to Bunnie overhearing the conversation they were having he couldn't help get involved " Since we are discussing zee men in this village. Let me say that the answer to your question miss Bunnie is simple: because most creeps in this village are ze idoits who have no idea how to treat  women and take them for granted don't you know miss Bunnie?" Her asked " It's is like their parents tried to teach them but they don't listen."

Antoine couldn't help but smile, his father made the right choice in allowing Nomad into his army. " I'll never seen you in the battlefield" Antoine said speaking with honestly " But I m sure you are doing that." He added. When he was young Antoine would overhear  his father auguring with other mobian about him allowing Nomad in his army with some saying hateful words about him but never understood why. He just met him today and already enjoyed having a conversation with him. A part of him that regretted coming here was now grateful to be here.
 
As he finished prepping the log he picked it up and carried it over to the hole that Bunnie dug. "Hope you don't mind." He said laying the log in there" Save time for mi to dig the hole." Turning around he sees that there are no more logs around. Realizing that he pick up the last one he wondered what to do next. " So shall I get more logs oui?"

After hearing Nomad words about his father he smiled turning toward Nomad he spoked " Ma father told me that he would neva want hes troops to save his life in exchange for their own." Antoine  felt proud to hear the stories of his dad and was so thankful that he is his son.
 
"He also told me to never judge a person by the cover and to read into their actions. I think hes told oui a story about someone matching your description. Hes got a lot heat for zis action for taking that person in but he didn't care as long as it will help in the war." He added as he went over and grabbed a log and began to prep it.

Facing toward the human Antoine replied " He is ma father oui. I did not know that ma father's troops are fighting in this war." Antoine admitted, a part of him felt good to know that there is someone who fought with his father during the war. Seeing how his father would tell stories of how he would lead his soldiers in battle.
 
"Shall I go and help out with de work?"

Facing toward the rabbit, Antoine looked toward her cybernetic parts on her body and then immediately at her face hoping she would notice. Antoine never seen a mobian with cybernetics parts before but he didn't want to make this to be awkward or a problem. Besides he was not in him to make a woman fell horrible a cute one at that. 
 
He notices the other speaking to him one asking his name while the other saying it. While standing he bows down with his left arm behind him. " Zee human is correct Antoine d' Coolette at your service."

Antoine sighed, a part of him regretted volunteering but another part of him wanted to do this since the help has been cut thin and any work will do as long as it help win the fight against the Legion. Noticing the people volunteering there as well, a part of him felt reviled that he wasn't going to do this  alone otherwise it would a had been a real pain to do all of the work needed alone. He walked up to the rest of the volunteers hoping to get there attention.
 
"Mind if moi help with zee work?"

Nomad quips with a bemused matter-of-fact tone as he continued his part of the work, "Also if the peeping continues let me know Bunnie, between Sally or myself we'll put the fear of Aurora or whatever they worship into them." He promises, with his tone indicative that he wasn't pleased to hear of such behavior and he'd set it right if need be.
 
"What's me being me got to do with it?" Sonic asks with his arms crossed as he looks at the human.
 
Nomad merely smiled coyly, "I'll let Bunnie explain why you're off her radar Sonic, as well as why your techniques at getting dates might suck." He made sure the humor was clear in his tone even if some of it he was bluntly frank about. He then addresses Antoine about his question. "Now that the support logs are in place it's time to start attaching the structs to hold up the roof. Bunnie we'll need your legs extension abilities so you can connect and mortar the logs in place." He the points to a pile, "Gentlemen those are our roof supports so when you can grab em' so we can mosey on and help Bunnie with her end."
