Bunnie had one more question to ask Nomad before he stopped, "What did ya do with the armor? Like was it hidden or... do ya still have the thing in y'alls neck?" she asked curiously as something like that armor would really help against Robotnik.

Extending her arm across the room she took Sonic's plate and brought it over to her and the cake, slicing some thinner cuts before bringing them back to the couch, "Ya, what Antoine said, he may of not been a fan of them two scum-bags but why'd y'all so just trust him there on the spot? Weren't ya afraid it coulda been a trick or something? Coulda ran ya full of lead when ya weren't looking?" she asked as she handed Sonic back his plate and went around the couch to sit back down.

Bunnie nodded with Antoine, "I sure hope so too, just ain't right, all them terrible things the overlanders did before a during the war." she said as she finished off and cake and then went to get another small slice, "Any of y'all want more cake before Nomad continues?" she asked the others as she sliced through the carrot cake and put the slice on her plate.

Bunnie shook her head a bit to get her mind off of her own personal past problems, "Well I sure am glad ya got outta that place pal." she said to Nomad as she went back to eating her cake slice, "So, what happened? Y'all manage to single handedly take down all the big wigs?" she asked.

"Ouch." was all Bunnie could say in response when she heard about the orphans thing, "Wow, old Robotnik sounds pretty friendly compared to those guys." she said awkwardly, "Sure, he'd turn ya into some kinda animal automaton but I ain't heard of him killing orphans." she added as she ate some cake, "Least he helped win the war for the... the kingdom..." she added with a dejected sigh. Feeling blue was a seldom emotion for Bunnie, she normally only started feeling sad when she thought of the great war, the kingdom winning it and all the Anti-Acorn supporters from the Southern Baronies (her parents included) that were were branded traitors and executed after the war ended... the baronies felt pretty empty after that.

Cutting up four slices of cake she handed a plate to Antoine and brought over three other slices, one for her and the others for Sonic and Nomad, "I reckon they've probably bumped up the security since then though." she said as she sliced off a small piece of the carrot cake and ate it.

Bunnie would pick the bottle back up and bring it with her to the kitchen. She found the cap on the counter and used her metal hand to stick it back on before placing it back into Nomad's fridge, "I don't mind the sorry, long as y'all ain't nursing the bottle while ya do it." she said as she would then start looking through the human's knife draw for something good to cut the cake with, "Really I think ya deserve a piece of early dessert." she told him, showing him and the rest of them a smile.

Bunnie had been listening intently about what Nomad had to say but when he got up to drink she put her ears down. Standing back up she stepped away form the couch and approached the human, placing a hand on his hand and lowered the beverage he held in it, "That's enough deary." she said in a concerned manor, "Y'all only stole so many of those on your last raid, I'd rather see ya drink em in good spirits rather then drink away y'alls sorrows." she told him as she then slipped the bottle out if his hand and placed it down on the floor.

Looking at Sonic she started apologizing, "Sorry sugah-hog, I could already tell this wasn't gonna be the happiest story, hope y'all ain't too bummed on my intrusion." she said.

Being right there in front of it Bunnie got the strongest scent of the dish, "Mm, smells like some might fine dinner my auntie woulda made but all mixed together like a pie." she said as she then scooped some of it onto a plait and went back over to her seat and firstly tried the casserole. Her ears shot up a tad the rabbit examined the flavor and swallowed, "Mmmmm, my stars that's good, I'll need to take some of that home with me." she said as she then started on the salad, wanting to be diverse with what she ate and not finished something off entirely before everything else.

"Ha, doesn't like like a man I'd wanna cross, but still..." she started saying, snickering a little at she took a moment to lift her arm and fist bump Sonic, "Not meaning to come across as disrespectful now, but I bet it'd be a pretty even match." Bunnie said as she got up to get a salad and meat strips, "Sure, he'd probably mod the floor with me if'n I didn't have my metal limbs now, but with them I'd say I got some pretty good odds. After all, these things let me overcome some pretty strong baddies... but still, probably be an even match if he's as good as y'all say he was." she said as she lifted the napkins of the dish Antoine brought, "Hey sugah-Twan, is this here dinner or desert? And what is it anyhow?" she asked over at him.

Bunnie started to blush a little, realizing she had interrupted Antoine entirely to tell her little story... well at least she was finished now, "Ha, sorry sugah, didn't mean to steal the show." she said towards the Coyote.

Bunnie slimed at them as she got their attention, "Well now Sonic, I don't know about y'all and Antoine but I was already a child when the Great War came to an end." she started explaining, "During that time I lived with my aunt and uncle and even after the war I stayed with them cause my parents hadn't come back. We had some good times, went on picnics, I helped out in the fields. They showed me how to cook, clean, sew, plant and grow food, I was home schooled by my aunt for a long time." she added. "This one time my uncle held a fancy little a party and I had to wear a little belle gown, such a darling thing, wish I still had it. Well anyhow, the son of this one guest was there to and they told me to play with him till the rest of their kids got there. He was a little brat, tried pulling the bows off my ears and tugged on my dress. I finally got him to stop when I poured some punch on his head. He wasn't mad about it, we just laughed about it afterwards." she said, "Probably ain't the most exciting story but I thought it was a cute one I could share." the rabbit said as she went back to eating her soup.

Sipping up some noodles the rabbit was nearly done with her soup, having slowed down a little to listen to the others, "I could tell a story from the Southern Baronies?" she offered, "It's a lovely place, kinda got two types a geography in it too." she added.

Bunnie dipped her bread into the soup to soak up some broth to make the noodles and beef more visible before eating the bread roll, "Mmm, don't remember that last time I had some good steak." she said, scooping some up in a spoon to eat. She continued to eat away at the bowl of soup, not taking a not as she also wanted to try some salad and meat strips as well, and whatever it was Antoine has brought, "So, anyone got another story to tell?" she rabbit asked her friends.

"Y'all didn't sit back quietly either Sonic." Bunnie pointed out, "Y'all were all telling us that your one good leg was enough to keep ya fighten, something about the momentum being able to carry ya before ya fell down."  she laughed, "Good thing we got y'all back home without any big fuss, mostly cause we had ta gag ya to shut y'all up." she laughed. Hopping off the couch when she heard that dinner was ready, "Sounds good Nomad." she said as she went to the kitchen. Taking a plate she started taking her serving, first some stew with a roll dipped in it then taking a seat at the table to start her meal, "Mmmmm, smells mighty tasty."

Bunnie sat back and relaxed, her feet up, "Well it sure it a soft one." she said, taking some chips from Sonic's bowl to snack on, "Actually, think I was still living out in the Southern Baronies back then. Pretty sure Robuttnik had already taken over when I came to live near the kingdom, didn't know there was an uprising when I first moved here either." the rabbit said as she took some more chips, "Guess I should be glad I missed that winter, sounds like it was a bad one, that and we always had comfortable winters in the Baronies, never saw snow till I came to live here." she added.

"Sounds like a good haul to me." Bunnie said as she then took a seat on Nomad's sofa, "Aaaah, now this is a soft one." she sighed, relaxing in it as she then patted the spots to her sides, "Come on boys, plenty of room for the two of ya." she laughed, looking at Sonic and Antoine.

When Bunnie finished decorating the cake she put the cover back on and sealed it once again to keep it fresh, taking a moment to repack her things into the bag and putting it in place where it was out of the way for now. Looking at Antoine and took a moment to look him up and down, "Wow, that's some fancy dressings y'all got there." she complemented, heading over and checking out his badges, "Very nice." she added.

Looking at Sonic now she went and gave him a small punch in the shoulder, "So what kinda party favors did ya bring?" she asked the hedgehog.

Bunnie chuckled a little, "Thanks sugar-hog, I'll take that as a complement this time." she winked, playfully pointing the knife at him. Finishing the cake carving she reached into her bag and pulled out a small bowl of frosting, "Hope ya boys like a home made butter cream frosting." she said, mixing it a bit before applying it to the top and sides with the underside of a wooden spoon. When she was finished with that the rabbit took some small bottles from the bag and used the colored frosting inside to decorate the top and sides of the cake with designs.

She smiled and handed him the dish and decorating bag, "Thanks, one of the few dresses I own. Kept it and most other cloths in suitcases back at my old farm home." she told him as she turned to show him the back of the light yellow dress, her cotton tail coming out a small slit around the rear, "The house may of been knocked down but those were some sturdy travel bags, saved most of my wardrobe." she said, wiggling her tail at the human playfully.

To be specific the light yellow sun was a simple one, a strap over both shoulder to hold it up, showing a good but not indecent amount of cleavage. At the waist was a black ribbon to act as a bent, coming to a small bow. The rear having a small cut to let her tail through and lastly the dress going down to her knees, ending with white trim at the end of the skirt. Bunnie would walk over to the kitchen and take the top off the sealed cake dish, "Still gotta decorate this carrot cake." she said as she took a small knife from the bag to trim the outside of it cake, cleaning it up before applying frosting and things.

Soon Bunnie came up to his door with a sealed cake dish in one hand and a set of decorating things in a bag hanging on her arm. With her other hand and straighten out her sun dress, it may not have been the prettiest but it was the nicest thing she could wear to a dinner party, "Mmm, sure am glad I don't gotta wear a southern belle dress." she said to herself as she then knocked on the door to Nomad's hut.

[That sounds good to me.]

"Sounds good to me, by that accent I'd say I'm interested what y'all could bring to the table." she said happily. Bunnie would pull her hands away from the struts when they were finally nailed in, "We gonna just cut the windows out then Nomad?" the rabbit asked the human as she held the ladder so Antoine could get down safely.

Bunnie gave a small shrug and smiled at Nomad's suggestion, "Sounds good to be, long I as can bring of a fresh carrot cake." she offered before looking at Antoine, "Sure we would, y'all don't like dinner parties or something?" she asked the coyote curiously, Bunnie was actually starting to also pick up on a hint of nervousness in Antoine's speech.
